It is high time our Government wakes up before its gets too late when it won’t be able to stop the army of the un-stoppable humans who won’t even blink an eye for once before snatching away all after losing all

If husband want to save his old parents and unmarried sister and pregent sister from jail due to False 498a case.
what is the option with him ? Nothing. Husband wil fight 498a case in court minimum upto 5 years.3 After 5 years he won the case.
what he got after 5 year ?
    1. Defromation of his family .
    2. Harrassement of ownself & his family
    3. Money drain
And 498a madam still his wife becoz Divorace is not easy in india.
This 5 years is dangorus more than jail.

Now if he killed his in laws , he will get 14 yrs jail. if Day night count then in 7 yr he will be out.
No Defermation , NO money Drain. No other tension. Gender biased law is spoiling our socity. Save this

I think he did well because this kind of action is necessary for those liar ladies and law makers to re think about misuse of 498-A which is oftentimes misusing by greedy girls

Marriage breakdown may be cited for split

New Delhi: Sparring couples may now be able to divorce without having to go through a blame game. The Union cabinet on Thursday is expected to consider a proposal to amend matrimonial laws to make “irretrievable breakdown of marriage’’ grounds for divorce.
The proposal suggests amending the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, and the Special Marriage Act, 1954. Breakdown of marriage is currently not grounds for divorce despite several SC verdicts favouring it and the Law Commission’s recommendation that it be included in the law.
    Exit Clauses
According to existing laws, divorce can be granted only on three grounds: 1 Matrimonial fault, where only innocent partner can seek divorce 2 Mutual consent: Marriage can be dissolved if both partners agree 3 Theory of frustration: Specified circumstances like one partner renouncing worldly pleasures
New Norm: Cabinet will today consider proposal to include ‘‘irretrievable breakdown of marriage’’ as grounds for divorce Legal fraternity split on divorce amendment
New Delhi: The cabinet is likely to consider a proposal on Thursday to amend the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, and the Special Marriage Act, 1954 to make “irretrievable breakdown of marriage’’ grounds for divorce. The amendment will enable couples to get a divorce if one of them refuses to work towards reconciliation, and the court is convinced that there is no hope of the two leading a normal matrimonial life.
The legal fraternity seems to be split over the amendment. Some experts feel that growing individuality in society has contributed to an increasing number of divorce cases. The amendment would make the parting of ways less bitter. But several others warned of pitfalls. Eminent lawyer Kamini Jaiswal felt the amendment may not be a “bad idea’’ for urban women wanting to opt out of a relationship, but it may adversely impact rural women. “I feel there should be a comprehensive look at all laws relating to maintenance and alimony instead of a piecemeal look at one amendment,’’ she added.
Kirti Singh, ex-law panel member described the amendment as “disastrous’’ if it came without safeguards. “It should only be brought when women are given adequate share in assets and maintenance. Most women get a pittance from the courts and most do not want to get out of a marriage as there is nothing to sustain them outside it,’’ she said, adding that it would only help men. TNN

i want to know if this is included in the act then can it help us to obtain divorce without much hassle ?

Hi, Yes it would help a little but please do not be very optimistic. Given our dead slow judicial system, it will take years for one to convince the court that the marriage has broken down irretrievably.

On the other hand, I believe wives should be in a hurry to get divorce and husbands should use divorce as a tool to get what they want. You can read here

Great. The freaking biased laws ruined so many lives. Congress made all the biased laws in the last 60+ years. Now, the latest to add is D.V Act 2005. To drill Indian men ass much wider.

Why do Wife with professonal Degree must get maintaainenece from her husband if she don’t have any kid. When we say Men – Women nuetral law is not possible, the wife’s in-laws r alaways right & huaband’s alaways wrong. Filing a case of 498A & Domestic violence within one year of marriage is very easy but what girls expect from men is not still asked by their in – laws during the marriage .

Excellent, law banane wale gadho ki vajah se ek aam aadmi criminal ban jata hai. Ab to Jago ki abhi bhi or khoon cahiye. Government or judge bhi chutiye hai itna jante hai ki 80% to 90% cases juthe hote hai tab bhi 498a main koi amendment nahi karna chate, ulta ladkiyo ke liye Naye kanoon banate jate hai jo jyada se jyada logo ki jindgi kharab kar sake. False 498a lagane vali wife k pure khandan ko kaat
