Tits & Bits
This section of the blog is going to be quite arbitrary. This is the space I will use to share anything and everything with you (mostly unrelated to gender laws).
1. I have learnt that buying an expensive towel is a good idea. Drying your face with a soft royal towel in the morning makes my day.
2. I have learnt that ‘cooling down’ after any exercise is the easiest thing one can do to lose weight. Calories burnt are directly proportional to heart rate. During cool off period, the heart rate comes back to normal slowly hence the calories burned are high but the effort is minimal.
3. I have figured out why exercising in the morning is better than exercising in the evening.
In the morning, the body starts to burn fat from the beginning; while in the evening it would keep burning carbohydrates etc first before reaching the stage where fat starts to burn.
4. In any prolonged exercise activity, the body loses electrolytes in addition to water (though sweat), hence the electrolytes need to be replaced as well. therefore plain water consumption alone isn’t sufficient.

with exercise we can lose extra weight make our body fit but with yoga we can make our time pleasent our thoughts positive and atd we will stay healthy physically and mentally what u say dear
